Management in the Art classroom is two-fold, and extremely important. It not only involves keeping classroom discipline, but requires strict management of physical operations in the classroom and its tools/materials as well.

 

Evidence 5.3 Conflict Resolutions Used During Student Teaching

During my tenure teaching at all three levels, there were very few instances of extreme behavior that required extreme resolution. However, on a daily basis there were enough small repetitive acts of deviant behavior that my experience with student conflict was more than established.
